"Story of an Hour" is a clear view towards what a person when imprisoned, agrees on a point in their lives where they can no longer dream and fantasying of a better tomorrow.
Loved the description of how she view life outside her window. How life was still going on despite how a death didn't stop time. She got grip with her senses and saw that this is her time to live, as well all know, during the early 1800s, women were not giving much choices as citizens. So, this death was her chance to live and explore the world outside those walls.
My interception of this story could be wrong, but i did get the feeling she wasn't happy and her husbands death was the only escape.
